The only thing a pig hates more than an empty donut box, is a video camera. Your local police department is most likely full of liars, thieves, and gun-loving, power-mad assholes. Sure there are a few decent cops - but they are few and far between. For the most part, cops are just the most well-armed gang of punk-ass thugs in town who need to be in a gang, because they're pussies without their backup.

wow fuck the police i jhate damn pigs they think they put there lives on the line when in reality they jus sit on there ass eat donuts and arrest people for being drunk or possession of a harmless plant .. jus cuz they got a badge doesnt mean shitif we all did something they cant stop us

The camera is only a weapon if those being filmed are doing something they'd rather not be caught doing. It seems impossible to establish that police officers, as public servants, have a right to privacy. (For more about the right to privacy of public officials, google "Anthony Weiner"). Of course, footage can be manipulated to present a false or exaggerated case, leading to slander against the people involved. That's an interesting question that does need to be resolved.

This man should serve time in jail for drinking Starbucks. How pretentious. Real men rely on Dunkin'.

Everyone who has the time available to participate, should band together in an organization who's sole purpose would be like the minutemen of revolutionary days but not to fight enemy troops or threats... their purpose would be to respond as quickly as possible to situations like this, if one of their number was unjustly arrested and hassled, I'm sure 2,000 people showing up at the poliice station might change the officer's mind about just who is in charge...

@xxpreoxx If you resist arrest, violence may be used. Its the way it should be.

I really hope he goes to prison for a decent amount of time. Makes me happy when innocent people go to jail. Especially when there is police corruption or a victimless crime. (fingers crossed.)

i would resist arrest if i was filming, cops are becoming more corrupt, theres no need for violence and the cops shouldn't have legal authority to exercise violent arrest unless their lives or public safety is at danger. the whole system is becoming corrupt, its disgusting

Both parties are wrong really, there are many trigger happy/ violent police officers who abuse their status. On the other hand though, people should just abide and respect the police. I'd get annoyed too if some asshole was following and videotaping me all day, even though its legal. Don't be a dick.

I'd recommend NOT thumbing this up or down, this is how activists and freethinkers from the left, right or centre are checked out with the same trends technology companies use for advertising. Share the word, it's engineered chaos for a more criminal population (entertainment, drugs, sex habits, religious extremism) and more authoritarian government (oligarchy, corporate rule, endless laws, political quagmires, debts, ruthless armed forces). No one wins but whoever planned it.
People who do this should start using cameras that immediately upload footage to the cloud so there is no way for the cops to get it.
