Tuna Melt

1 tuna steak

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Fresh ground pepper

Tomatillo salsa

Boiled eggs

Miracle Whip

Arugula

Tomatoes

Goat cheese

Feta cheese

2 Kaiser rolls

Start by cutting the tuna steak in half. In a medium-sized skillet, heat oil over medium-high until it melts down and coats the pan. Cover both sides of the tuna steak with fresh ground pepper and a pinch of sea salt place in skillet. Cook 3 minutes on each side.

I like my tuna to be medium rare in the center. If you'd like yours closer to medium, leave it on a little longer. While the tuna is cooking, toast your bread and coat the bottom slice with a little Miracle Whip and cover with a few pieces of arugula. Flip the tuna on the other side and coat with the goat and feta cheese mixture. Place water or ice in the skillet and cover to help the cheese melt.

Once the cheese is melted, place the tuna steak on top of the toasted bread. Top with salsa and boiled egg slices. Serve hot.
Salsa

10 medium sized tomatillos

1/4 white onion

1 jalapeno pepper

1/2 Anaheim chili

4 cloves Garlic

Cut up your tomatillos into fours along with your jalapeno and your Anaheim chili pepper. Put in a skillet with some extra virgin olive oil and cook until slightly blackened. Add to a food processor or blender and mix.

  • What happened to Ken? No vids in 11 months.

  • How can people be so negative about this video? I love how he is turning a staple dish into something gourmet. I'll try it!

  • nice

  • Yum, I am gonna go make one with cheap things like canned tuna and celery and onions and TONS of mayo cause 1. Not a lot of people have that much money to buy that stuff and 2. tastes just as good (:

  • If you ever served me this and i tried to eat it and it just falls apart in my hands, i will literally throw it at your face and knock you the fuck out.

  • One thing I hate the most is Messy Food.
