Unfortunately, the MORTARS in the beta are DISABLED. When you unlock them, it says UNAVAILABLE IN BETA. It sucks!!!!

@LastStandforLiberty i know ive just spent 2 days playing as support, only to see a pop up saying mortar not available in beta! why couldnt they just remove the mortar untill the final game and save people trying to unlock it,for fucks sake. dice are fuckin specialists at teasing us with trailers and weapons

@pwnmaster77 i was playing the bf3 beta i played the shit out of it. the thought of going to battlelog for anything never crossed my mind.

@MrJobofo Why couldn't you go to your battlelog and see that it wasn't available for the beta?

@MrJobofo yeah the mav said not available in beta aswell, i could still use it though, although it wouldnt move forwards and you couldnt spot anyone with it.

@BumbleBeeGS the EOD sounds very handy and am sure they will balance the stinger out, in a couple of caspian border clips ive seen the jets easily lose them so should be fun

@BumbleBeeGS i will start with support ive unlocked it fully in the beta and the guns are complete beasts. then assault or engineer,i am not bothered about recon,i will unlock it but its last on my to do list haha. whats this EOD bot? and is the stinger the one with built in tracer?
