Pangako for me is the most heartfelt rendition Regine has ever had. She sings it like telling a really very beautiful story about the promise of love.

Well maybe because you cannot relate with Sharon. To some famous artists, it is very touching for them to know that they are able to inspire someone, and most especially if that someone that they inspired becomes very successful. On this case, it's Regine. And for Regine to confess that Sharon is a part of her inspiration and climb to success, can be a very touching and emotional recognition.
