@4cClubT I completely agree. My family owns an electric trike, it comes in handy for trips to the grocery store, getting to and from school, and giving friends rides. Ours comes with a removeable seat and a basket, so you can choose what you want in the back.
with the oil spill going on dont u think its time to slow down -yes did not mention range but if you know electric bikes it would probably do 5 to 20 miles depending on batterie and motor- and I bet all the people puting it down would use it rather than carry a 15lb bag of groceries 5 blocks in 100 degrees--thank you
Boeing aircraft factory uses bikes just like this so workers can get around the plant,Airbus most likely uses something for its workers, though they are pedal power at Boeing.
15 to 20 mph is perfect for tricycles, anywhere near 30 to 40 would be suicide. 7188181 doesn't realize 30 mph on a bicycle is like doing 90 mph in a car; at that speed if you so much as sneeze, you'll lose control!
Nicely said Wisco. At the end of the day this bike was manufactured for the Royal Mail for transporting parcels for the postman in the U.K. It is not meant to go fast but rather to stop and start easily. I was videoing it for a friend-the bike has nothing to do with me! Well Google adwords are now paying me for the views so I don't mind if losers like 7188181 take a peek......
