Euro Truck Simulator 2 - testing track for truck physics tweaking. This is not a production map for the game, it's just testing grounds for development purposes. The cabin exterior is striped off any optional parts (mirrors, visor, wipers), it's a known limitation of the test setup.

If not GTA V, this game could be the game of the year, but there's a big difference because SCS is not as big as people who produce GTA V. It is popular already so i guess that it will be shown in a lot of places :P
