  • @mrmrgameboy1998 - I had bought a zotac 9600gt , 1gb , gddr3 for rs 3900 ( almost 80 dollars)

  • should i get this?

  • anybody has an idea how much this gpu costs in india (ruppes).please reply

  • I think personally the reason manufactures say the requirements are so high, although not really that high, is because people buy those custom cases that come with power supplies already, the power supplies that come with those cases are also usually overrated and if you pair a 450 watt PSU like that to a GFX card that requires 450 watts, even then you could be asking for trouble. More or less its an attempt to stop problems from occuring, but yes most 300 watt PSU's could run this, like mine.

  • i have one:X

  • i suppose that this cooler is a bit heavy...anyway

you really nead a good ventilated case!!!

  • wow!!

  • actually the graphic card manufactures purposely rate their card power suppy requirement higher than it suppose to be because of they want us to spend more money on their product

  • You dont need a 450w....manufacturers overrate their power requirements, Ran a 8800GS on a 300w psu

  • the silent cell cooler certainly looks awesome! but supposedly gets quite hot unles you have a really good ventilated case? I was looking at that card and the shop was recommending the fan version over the silent cell.. Got a killer case?
