Why would ppl even drinking Starbucks???? It taste like day-old burnt coffee to me... go patronize your local coffee shop and stop feeding the faceless corp, and get a WAY better coffee while at it!

That why we call them cappuccinos. Doesn't mean we can't call them small, medium, and large, instead of tall, grande, and Venti, or dieci if your prefer. It's not only confusing to some, it's damn pretentious.

I'm so over this tired joke. I was a barista for ten years and never once stood there arguing with the customer over what to call the size and insisted they call it what we did. If they ordered "small" I rang them up "tall" and kept it moving. Sometimes people want more clarification, want to see the cup sizes or know how many ounces, but no real barista, probably with a line out the door, would *insist* that you say "tall."

Actually, they didn't rip her off. This commercial was shot in December 2007. She posted hers in January 2008. She probably was one of the people who went to the casting call and took the script home and made this.
