Excellent video but do we really need a full 30s of nothing but bird-song at the start? The 1,300 people who've watched this have wasted nearly eleven hours of their collective time on that empty section.

@beeble2003 the 30 seconds at the beginning is the sound of the approaching train.

No one is forcing you to watch the video and out all all the comments left so far, yours is the only one with any negativity. So I'm assuming most of the people who have viewed the video don't have too much of a problem.

@tutankahmun Playing it again with the volume turned up much further than any other video needs, I now hear the horn. Fair enough. Kind of.

But, come on, the "nobody's forcing you to watch the video" line is junk. Your video will reach a far greater audience if people don't switch off in boredom after thirty seconds of what seems to be nothing unless you turn the volume way up.

@beeble2003 Well so far you are the only person who has had anything negative to say, I'm sure that if many other people found it to be such a problem they would leave a comment saying such.

I can quite clearly hear the train coming and I'd say other people can too. The popularity of the video in terms of ratings speaks for itself.

So don't let it worry you as it appears to be doing - I won't be losing any sleep over it.

Fantastic! 4 'monsters' on the front. Lovely engine noise, driver is an absolute star! Did I notice a cheeky 'wave' out of the window throughout the platform? Excellent camera quality. All round magnificent video.

what an arrogant, pompous and patronising individual beeble2003 is, what a great catch mate, glad I came across it, nobody seems to have noticed the driver did an "on ilkley moor bah tat" on the horn, much easier for a two whistle steamer, excellent.
