  • Continued.. To clear up any possible misunderstanding related to the K5 news vid, the Photo Enforcement company that is located in Arizona is not a company owned by Arizona. The company is known as Redflux which is an Australian based company.

  • From what I've been told by a group of people working in the judicial system.. Policemen, Lawyers and Judges.. They all claimed that Photo Enforcement Cameras not only violates the 14th Amendment Of The Constitution but in some cases, a few other state Constitutions as well.. Surprise, Arizona would be a prime example when Judge John C. Keegan ruled against ARS § 41-1722 as it shared conflict with Article 2 Section 13 of Arizona State Constitution. In 2008, 400 photo fines were thrown out.
