This will different, Antwaun and hopefully Andy, double A in the house. TLR keepin em honest day in and day out. Rishi, Alexis and Andrew did just fine. It ain't easy and I'm proud of whatever they were able to share and offer. They are still invited to share on the forum and I'm sure they'd find a tremendous audience there.

I would love to see you compete like most everyone else, I followed your career through the 90’s and into your retirement and was super excited to watch your ‘Transformation’ series last year. But now, you inspire the people who need to keep fit and alive as we move from our 40's into our latter years. Is risking your health by competing in BB at 44-45 really worth it? You’re a champ no matter what! I wish you well in whatever decision you make.
