  • lol nice review of his review

  • Sadly, the review was poor due to the bad camera angle. You repeatedly would say to look at the screen to see how the browser loaded etc, but you can't see hardly anything on the screen of the e71 due to the bad cam angle. Hopefully that is improved in your other reviews. Also perhaps some mention of the specifics of the Rogers-branding (ie: additional features, limitations compared to unlocked/unbranded ones). I'll check some of your other reviews as this one may have been an anomoly. Regards.

  • @HiScoreKing dont ever try to get a plan on rogers, trust me youll die.

  • do you need a data plan?

  • @isaac708 true dat! :)

  • curve has no 3g so its shit

  • true but it is very good my friend

  • it's a good phone, but unless nokia steps it up it will be trambpled by iphone and blackberry. Can't even compare any nokia to a bold, or bold 9700, or storm 9550. Sorry.

  • curve 8900, no contest.

  • no its betta than most blackberrys and its not ugly yh its a good phone betta than flipping bold9000 curve 8900 and many more

  • well I wouldn't buy a phone and walk around just using wifi anyways. it is meant to be used in conjunction with a plan. Also the nokia O/S is pretty outdated looking and the phone is simply ugly.

  • The WiFi is only usable for BES, voice over UMA, and the browser (i.e. Hotspot Browser) if you don't have a BB data plan. Otherwise it's pretty useless. To confirm this, take out the SIM card and turn on WiFi and see if you can get your BIS e-mails or even download maps in Google Maps.

Data over UMA might work without a BB data plan but I haven't tried.
