Just some stuff for Senna. For some of these combos it's possible to add extra repetitions to the corner loop by modifying them slightly. Play around and you'll figure it out. I don't show it because it's usually not practical as that extra loop will often push you out too far to finish the combo unless you started really close.
1. Basic BnB. If you are any further from the corner than somewhat less than mid screen drop the 5AC 214C236C and go straight for the OTG.
2. BnB for wakeup.
3. Wakeup throw.
4. A glitch. No idea if it's actually useful. Basically dash canceling 421A just as you hit the ground will result in a dash cancel without the flash. Actually making it come out noticeably faster.
5. Crossup. jC doesn't hit far enough behind her to be terribly useful as a crossup. jB is much better. Delay the 623A a bit after the jB or the 5B won't hit.
6. Not very likely to hit but pretty fun.
7. For lulz. 6K damage anti-air.

That dot into melee/throw okizeme looks pretty hot, but I wonder if the opponent can just chicken block on wakeup to avoid the mixup.

Not sure, but I imagine any random DP type move would probably work. I haven't actually tested this stuff against people yet.
