Yep, it's the same St. Amant. He was serving as crew chief for Brett Butler in the trucks. At the time that the news came out, people started mentioning that there were rumors going around saying that St. Amant smoked some pot every now and then. Apparently, this had been going around for years, and the drug testing busted him.
