    ICE applies to all free hits and side-ins inside the attacking 23 meter/25 yard area (this includes long corners) regardless of whether the restarter uses a self pass.

  • A question - I am assuming that ICE only applies to self starting. If a player chooses to start in the traditional fashion, can she hit it directly into the circle?
