Um.....Aren't there only 8 million (+ or -) NYC users of the Delaware River? The rest of the folks who rely on the Delaware River for drinking water actually live in the Delaware River Basin (or the right of way of the DR Aqueduct.) These are the rest of the 15 million you lumped in as New Yorkers. Pennsylvania has the largest watershed of the Delaware River, so they have the largest claim to it. It would be good to get the facts straight....

I love my New York STATE water, too! Syracuse water is also some of the best in the world... so safe (for now) it isn't treated. Thank you, New York CITY, for doing what you do so well.... setting the standards that the world watches. We're counting on you!
