This commercial is about New York STATE water! Ruffalo is fishing up in the Catskills. It's not for NYC only - it's for everyone who's affected. That's also why the reference to more than 15 million people who depend on the Delaware River, as well as the Susquehanna and all the other smaller watersheds throughout the state.

Um.....Aren't there only 8 million (+ or -) NYC users of the Delaware River? The rest of the folks who rely on the Delaware River for drinking water actually live in the Delaware River Basin (or the right of way of the DR Aqueduct.) These are the rest of the 15 million you lumped in as New Yorkers. Pennsylvania has the largest watershed of the Delaware River, so they have the largest claim to it. It would be good to get the facts straight....
