  • @Smootiefesto Most home improvement stores should have it. Try the automotive section - this is commonly used in car body repairs.

  • So.. I received my insert in the mail today, but I can't find 1500-2000 grit sandpaper anywhere. Any ideas?

  • Wow, a LOT of work! I'm keeping my external sticker, thank you!

  • i cant believe your hurting this mac! what did it do to you!

    Macs look great anyway!

  • why the fuck didnt he turn it on for us god damiiit.. i didnt put the filter back on i dont see the point, maybe for warrantee purpose, but i left the filter off.. and its bright looks amazing....

  • @DyNaMisWeApOn i didnt learn how to take the white sticker off properly and scratched the see thru plastic... but everything else was fine, just too little scratches on the plastic barely noticable only if you look close... its pretty easy but do not use a knife like i did to scrape off the white apple logo... remove it and use sand paper..

  • How is the Apple logo held in place? Glue?

  • fuck this I was going too but I think I will fuck it up.

  • the point is to get a different color glow

but with a sticker u lose any apple logo glow.

and if you are already out of warranty, just go for it!

  • exactly why dont you just stick on an apple shaped celephane thing, its much easier and WONT void your warranty? Plus the apple is white so you can change it to any color sticker on top of the logo.....
