this doesnt happen in real life...in real life you'd have a line of 7 people at the in window wanting their script in 5 minutes...3 phones ringing...7 cars in drive thru...while 8 people are in the out window and you have 100 scripts to fill by the end of the hour...when half of them have insurance problems...you dont have time to lollygag...

There are for more articulate, well written versions of what you are trying to do out there. Written by people who understand that Pharmacy can be a soul-draining experience, but at least have pride in what they do.

Try googling "The Angry Pharmacist" or "The Drug Monkey/Nazi". Both are pharmacist blogs that are much more well professional, while having personality, than the abysmal stuff you write.

whatever makes you feel better. But the truth is there will be a pharmacist surplus. I looked into it thouroughly. Thats why I decided not to go into pharmacy school.

@thebluefus And every town has about one or two new pharmacies being opened up, not to mention the older pharmacists that are retiring and need to be replaced, or the fact that the baby boomer population is getting older and so the demands for more medications and people who know what they're doing with them has increased. Also, there are more things that pharmacists can do than just retail. There's hospital, drug development and even patent law. So your comment was not needed nor intelligent.

they just opened two more pharmacy schools in my state. pharmacists are becoming a dime a dozen. glad i went to dentistry school.
