dude i have the same pair, and i have the same problems. they feel like they're gonna snap every time you go to put them on, but i got them back in october and its february now, and they still havent broke yet.

I wear these every day for atleast 5 hours on an every day basis, just listening to music, working, and the gym. Their build quality is GREAT. They aren't flimsy at all.
