Not all jump up is full on LFO wobble rape, take a look back at jump up before the wobble abuse came in.

E.G. drumsound and bassline old stuff/etc

but the drums aren't heavy and the wobble isn't really wobbly, more of a neuro synth. i wouldn't call it jump up.
