Anyway, once there, click on option #2 and type the following where it says "please explain briefly": "i am in no way affiliated with this group nor am i taking credit for it in any way shape or form and any parties affiliated with me are not taking it to be their own work or creation in any way shape or form". Then where it says signature put your full first and last name. Then where it says "statement of good faith" copy and paste that.
