Somehow this game skipped under my radar as a child. I didn't even know an Atari version existed.

I agree with this review. They could of squeezed at least one more level in this game. Graphically its not bad but its just too repetitive with just two screens.

@TorchicBlaziken313 Sega and Nintendo developed games for the Atari at the time! They didn't have consoles of their own. This is from the late 70s, and both of those companies only came up with their own console sets by the mid 80s.

Intelivison version of Donkey Kong is the worst version, it's practically unplayable.

one thing I am starting to notice is that your atari games seem to have brighter and nicer colors then mine? I am playing on a real atari... is like something wrong, or something not set right on my tv.. everything else looks fine. just the colors on my atari games are not like yours. oh well.

@DylanMayhew I'm playing these on an emulator so they may be more vibrant than the colors from your tv
