  • jose did you or did you not file a motion with in 10 days to go back to the grand jury? the grand jury is in secret.. thats right you have no lawers there and the jury is made up of old cops and shit.. are country is fucked up.. thats right as you are reading this right now a grand jury could be hearing your case right now.. a couple of cops get on the stand and blurt out hears say .. and BAM your in the clink.
