Iraqi born artist Wafaa Bilal has become known for provocative interactive video installations. Many of Bilal's projects over the past few years have addressed the dichotomy of the virtual vs. the real. In Domestic Tension, viewers can log onto the internet to contact, or shoot, Bilal with paintball gun

  • Try reading his book or at least become a little more educated on the matter before you attempt to make your 'knowledge' known or choose to have a view on the matter. People like you are what gives bad names to our country. We are handed so much education we take it for granted, and then people only make ideas out of speculation because they were too lazy to simply study the matter they make these ideas about.

  • thats stuip

  • i do not understand what this vid is about at all someone explain and why is he always out of breath, that plus the marker firing i cannot hear him

  • ... 'absolutly non non stop and aSS you can see its absolutly non stop''... FFS wtf boring dude.

  • i love how he is sooo surprised that the man who helped was none other than a MARINE? hmmmm.... well isn't that what U.S. Marines are supposed to do.... help people. Looks like this guy learned something during this project. Stop making unfair judgements about our military you hypocrit.

  • ahahahahahaha

  • you are absolutely right. this is what the liberal media does... they try to sretch the truth, manipulate reality... to create a false statement. First off, who says that only Americans use the internet. LETS NOT BE SO IGNORANT.

  • are you serious? have you read anything about this project at all? maybe you should research before you make ignorant comments.

  • He probably hasn't took one hit

  • From everything I've read & the interviews I've heard on this project, what he finds "disturbing" is not how many people are shooting the gun. It's 2 things- people are choosing to shoot him, rather than aim the gun away to shoot. I don't think he expected Americans who all say they hate the war to do that. But mainly it's the vicious online taunting that has been accompanying the shooting. He didn't expect that people would be so cruel towards him while participating in this project.
