This is covered in detail in the book by Webster Tarpley called "The Unauthorized Biography of George HW Bush." Bush has never denied the allegations nor has he ever attempted to sue Mr. Tarpley for defamation of character. The book is on the open market so you know Bush has seen it. I find that very telling.
