OK, your crack staff cannot even tell me if a crew has been assigned for tonight's 11:30 restoration (it's midnight). Our batteries are gone. My family is burning candles. once again food is rotting in our freezers.
I've lived in five U.S. time zones -- all with much more extreme weather than this -- and no utilities comes close to Pepco's callous ineptitude. People who only know Pepco think this is the norm.
The only thing Pepco is good at is lowering expectations.
