  • It would be great from a prone position but shown here is a simple way to do these exercises with just a stretch cord/ resisance band. A device like a swim halo or a vasa trainer are the best but are also much, much more expensive.

  • Excellent! My only question is whether these exercises would be best done while the body is in a prone position on a plank rather than from the standing position illustrated here.

  • Good explanation and technique, care not too have too much tension in the bands, lots of people tend to think it has to be difficult or tough, it should be smooth and fluid just like when your in the water or on a board. THKS HR
