Boracay Island is located about 350 kilometers south of Manila, Philippines. It is situated at the North-Western tip of Panay Island. Shaped like a dumbbell, Boracay has numerous beaches and coves. The world famous White Beach itself is 4 kilometers or pure white powdery fine sand. The island is divided into 3 smaller villages called "baranggays" namely Manoc-Manoc, Yapak, and Balabag.

Boracay Island can be reached via air, sea, and over land. But the most used choice is for air travel. Airlines of choice may be any of the following; Asian Spirit, Sea Air, Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines (via Kalibo), and the new PAL Express flying from Manila and Cebu City (about 35 minutes to an hour flight).

Hailed as one of the Best Beaches in the World, Boracay Island's breathtaking 15km stretch of fine white sand and the surrounding clear blue water are so captivating that people call it their own piece of paradise.

that makes me really sad i left boracay in 2006 when i was 7 i knew it was all luxury but i never thought my beautiful hoome would turn into a island thats all about money boracay has lost its Innocence
