This is the 2nd video bout driving in China. It is crazy! Pedestrians nearly getting run over, cyclists nearly getting hit, people driving on wrong side of road, pulling out into traffic without looking or slowing down! Driving in China is totally insane.

It is so obvious you are Chinese! How could this video possibly be racist if it is only showing the truth about how things are. There was no negative comments or racists comments in the video relating to the Chinese people.

Being Chinese maybe you can explain to me the need of Chinese People to accuse any person of being racist who shows or tells the truth about China. I guess Chinese are still brain washed and still trying to uphold the great lie of Communism.

@Baldric990 The place in your video is countryside, the road is narrow, you got so many ppl in china, what else you can do,everyone move slowly to avoid traffic accident... you should go to big cities like beijing, shanghai, see what's real driving/traffic in china. not countryside place like this.

Actually it is not the country side. It is a CITY with a population of almost 10,000,000 people.

I have spent quite some time in China and have lived in Beijing. Admittedly the vehicles are in better condition in Beijing but the driving itself is quite reckless.

Considering that China's population is around 1,300,000,000 1% of that is around 13,000,000 people. You could hardly say that is not significant when you consider that 13,000,000 is more than the entire population of some countries. That's a shit load of cats!

It is easy to get the driver's license (or should we say.....BUY). It is government's intention to have it easy to get the license, easy to buy a car so when the people are used to driving.........then the government drop the boom.....raise the price of the gasoline..............

@Baldric990 This is not just in a country town. I drove in Guangzhou and it is just as bad as in any other cities.  I think they got their driver's license from Mao himself.

@Baldric990 I've been to Nanchang, Beijing, and Shanghai and they drive the exact same way in the big city but its worse because the fuckers on the motor scooters don't even stop at red lights.

@leepialong They forgot to mention that even with plenty of wide sidewalks, the Chinese will walk along right in the street without a care in the world while cars are zipping by!

Actually, I watched this and, it wasn't so bad. I told my wife I would buy us a car but I would not drive it except on the highway. It is not so crazy there. A clear case of the technology getting ahead of the "maturity" of the population.

Riding with a friend one day, I asked him why he kept honking his horn at what looked like nothing. He told me that in the USA you sort of assume that people will follow the traffic laws - we assume they won't; so you keep honking your horn all the time!

I got an idea, why don't we bring the richest criminals in china to the west and give them powerful German cars. And when their kids are sixteen ( or so) give them even more powerful and safer German cars.
