When we left off, Elliot, Katie, and Kaitlyn were at Culvers. Katie thought that she saw Kevin, Joe, and Nick at Culvers. Kaitlyn had called Nick to see if it really was him and it was.

REMEMBER: Nick talks a lot with his brothers.

Nick, Joe, and Kevin are now still smiling at Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn has looked up.

Kaitlyn—Wow.

Nick—Hello. *to Katie* Man you're good.

Katie—Just a natural talent.

Nick—*to Elliot* *in a friendly tone with a welcoming smile* Hello again

Elliot—Hello.

Kaitlyn could feel the tension that was coming off of Elliot

Kaitlyn—so Nick, I didn't know you liked Culvers.

Nick—well actually. We had never been here before now.

Joe coughed loudly.

Nick—Oh, right. Kaitlyn, you've met them. Joe, Kevin.

Kevin—it's so nice to talk to you again. I knew there was something special about you when I met you.

Kaitlyn-Thanks!

Kevin—Oh, no problem. Just as long as Nick's happy.

Kaitlyn gave a smile to Kevin and then gave a confused look a Nick. Nick mouthed "later"

Joe—So, who's this? *Nodding toward Elliot and Katie*

Kaitlyn--*Pointing at Elliot* this is Elliot, my brother. *Patting Katie on the back* and this is Katie, my cousin and best friend forever.

Joe—Oh cool. Nice to meet you. *Joe stretches his arm out toward Elliot and puts his hand in a fist just like Elliot does every time he meets someone. Elliot's expression automatically lightened.* Knuckle touch?

Elliot-Absolutely. Nice to meet you too. *Elliot stretches out his arm and touches his knuckles to Joe's*

Joe—and nice to meet you. *Joe puts out his hand for Katie to shake it instead.*

Katie—Oh, please. You think just because I'm a girl that I don't do knuckle touches.

Joe—Oh, ok. *Joe puts his hand into a fist*

Katie—Cool. *She touches her knuckles to Joe's*

Joe—So, Kaitlyn. How are you?

Katie gets out of the booth and stands up. She pulls Kaitlyn with her.

Kaitlyn—I'm good. How are you?

Joe—I'm go-*Nick comes and pushes Joe to the side. Joe stumbles to the side* -od. Hey!

Nick—So, How are you? Let's get a really good conversation going before you start falling for Joe.

Kaitlyn—Ha ha, yeah right. He's like 4 years older than me.

Nick—Oh, yeah. Right. Ha ha.

Kaitlyn—So. Do you know when that date is? Emily and Breann won't stop calling me and asking me about it.

Nick—Well, let me talk with my brothers.

Kaitlyn-Ok.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN???? WILL JOE AND KEVIN NOT WANT TO HAVE TO DATE???? WILL ELLIOT FINALLY STOP BEING AN OVER PROTECTIVE BROTHER??? WILL ELLIOT FINALLY BE NICE TO NICK???? FIND OUT IN THE NEXT CHAPTER OF...DON'T WANNA BE JUST FRIENDS!!!

Sorry, I know that was a crappy ending to a chapter.
