  • Thanks for posting I enjoyed that ..

  • Jimmy was one of the most fluid fiddlers I ever heard, with the best tone. I really enjoyed listening to him in the early Grasscals. I once has the pleasure of picking with him at an all night party in Nashville. That was one of my peak experiences in picking. I wish he had not left us so early in life.

Thank you for letting us share and enjoy this wonderful video. What a talent.

  • Jimmy always believed in me as a fellow musician, supported my dreams and aspirations and was a great friend from the first time we met to the last time that we ever saw each other again. He was an incredible caring, friendly human being and a first class fiddler and he will be forever missed. Thanks for posting this video and for honoring his talent by sharing this singular but excellent example of his musical gift with us.

  • One weekend at Thomas Point Beach, I jammed and sang, and hung out with Jimmy...and I'll never forget the great time we both had! What a great musician he was, and it was the most fun I ever had at any festival!

  • i remember seeing him as a boy in michigan... great fiddler. his dad is a good one too!

  • Thanks for posting this video."Jimmy" is greatly missed by us.
