For My Mom

On my birthday (May 01) 2007.Everything that we knew changed.My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer.Through out the next 6 months my family saw some of the worst times of our lives.We tried to hide the fact that we knew she was leaving us soon and just take like as came but my family was falling apart without her.My mom was a Lt. at the local sheriffs office with 13 years of employment there.She loved her job,most days.We were coming home on June 2 2007 when she was flying and driving like a bat outa hell.We rounded a curb and she swerved to the other side of the road and the car flipped numerous times.We both survived.My parents were having maritial problems from about Aug. 2007 to Right before Halloween 2007.But on Oct. 24 the doctors told us there was no more possible treatment.She was dying and fast.She died 10 days later.(Nov. 3) The night before she died she recieved last rights and communion in front of her children,and her sibilings.I had to leave the room I couldn't bear the thought of losing her.Her last words were "Jess needs me"
When I heard her say this it broke my heart.If you have someone you love,tell them you love them,before it's to late and you never get the chance to say your sorry for all the things you may have said in the past.Make sure they know you love them.And treat everyone like they'll be gone tomorow.

Im 14 and my mom is 31 she doesnt have lung cancer but she has a chance of getting it because she smokes Ive tried to tell her over and over again to stop but she wont listen to me my dad doesnt come around anymore so if I lose her and I already dont have him then I have noone I cry for my mom because she has health problems she has anxiety and high blood pressure and if she gets cancer Ill blame it on myself because I know theres something I can do to make her stop, she's all Ive got...

My mom has breast cancer she just found out 4 days ago and it a is a rare kind of breast cancer she just had surgery and im only 12 years old and if they take it out now it could spread to my mom's body and kill her.so she is always crying now and then but she has to go thro keemo in a week or so i said just buzz your hair instead of having hair all over the place
