24 Tribute

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to favorite this video, that's fine, but once season eight comes out, I plan on redoing this video with clips from it. I have an updated version of this video with clips from season seven now, but I don't have it uploaded. Season eight is set to hit shelves on December 7, 2010. Once I get my hands on it, I'll redo this video. I am letting you know now because I may remove this video once I complete the other video.

I started marathoning 24 and I have to say it's probably the best show I have ever watched. I haven't been able to stop, season 1 was sort of bad but once I got past it I was amazed. This song fits perfectly because even though Jack is always right the dumbasses always go against him.. haha.

@Lukeadelle I disagree about season one being bad. It's what drew me into the show in the first place. The ending to the pilot had a cool twist and the season finale left me speechless. Also, it had the most believable plot due to its simplicity. As a matter of fact, FOX only ordered 13 episodes. They were gonna end the series after Jack saved his family at the compound, but ratings were good so they completed the rest of the season.

Yeah, how can one hate S1?

Anyway, Season 8 was pretty bland. They could've had a bigger threat like North Korea or Brazilian pirates but nope, it was the same Islam-Russian connection from Season 6 except done worst.

I love all 7 Seasons but Season 8 while it had a few good fight scenes was predictable, cliche and showed lack of writer interest.

@WatchMyAwesomeVideos I totally agree with you. But, imo, season six was the worst. I refuse to own it on DVD and have disowned it from the franchise. Season eight was pretty low, too, but I own it. The crew royally fucked themselves by continuing the show as long as they did. They should have ended it sooner and therefore could have gone out with a bang. Instead, they gave us a series finale that was a copout.

Doyle was an absolute prick and bigot. He had it coming when he opened that explosive-rigged "package." Bill became likeable by the end of Season 4 when it was no longer a silly love triangle between him, Tony & Michelle.

Chloe might be annoying in the first season but to hate her would be like hating most of the cast of Star Wars, just not right.

And if you want to see President Palmer in Action, watch The Unit, LOL.

Bauer could but the whole deal about all his other peers is that they're either morally conflicted (Tony, Curtis) or just have weaker emotions than even him (Renee, Michelle).

Just Bauer, my friend & only Bauer. Can you see Tony kidnapping Pres. Logan? Not a chance & even if he got that far, he would've killed him, thus, going to prison & not unmasking the conspiracy.

Also, he's often seen eating while Bauer eats off-screen. He also got shot in the neck in S3. That being said, I like him too.

I was reluctant to own S6 at first but since it came in a pack of all 7 seasons on a special ebay deal, I ended up owning it.

I think S6's main issue is that there's it's overdepressing. I like the evil Bauer family and explosive opening/finale but was let down by the unlikeable CTU agents, Wayne being president in a corrupt administration & killing off Curtis.

I can only hope that they make at least 5 different movies, bring back Chase, Tony & have an evil sister of Nina (maybe a twin?)

Yeah, I only got Season 6 because I bidded on a box set on ebay with Seasons 1 thru 7.

I found S6 enjoyable on a second viewing due to the American-Muslim tension, brutal action near the end and just like it that Bauer has a capable SWAT team unlike the one in S8.

I hated the main characters getting killed & Donald Sutherland should've played his father but oh well. It's mentioned in S7 anyway so I can't really disown it.

I could however disown 8 & say Bauer died in the hospital.
