@CpsLock3 We apologize for the delay. As for why the delay has occurred it's due to Phantom being busy with many things -Studying for his graduation, completing his own solo projects, personal matters, and actually free time. It's been delayed.

As far as what is owed, in all honesty nothing is. Free entertainment, comes with the fact that there is no deadline to reach or obligation to finish anything. This doesn't mean we aren't going to release it, the next part is the long finale coming soon.
