My wifes birthday is next week, so this weekend we did a cookout and a crawfish boil this weekend. In all we cooked 5 baskets of crawfish, which equaled out to about 71 pounds pre-cook weight.

On the grill we had sausage, hot dogs and boudain.

  • Great video I live in Northern Canada BC/Yukon border and our Crayfish are anywhere between 100 gramms to 350 gramms each the're like little lobsters so we usually catch about 40-50 a day for a 3 day weekend than Sunday we have a boil.Thanx for the video Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

  • It looks reallyy hot outside, they were already slow cooking when their inside that freshwater drainage

  • Craw fish crabs/ lobsters is not considered as animals what so ever, i guess the parasite go to your head.

  • hmmm the idea of cooking that so long dosent sit well with me once the internal temp is at 170 its going to have killed everything any time spent once the internal temp has reached that is just over cooking. but hey what would i know ;)
