If you ever played the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive game of the same name (not the SNES version), then it is essentially the same thing as this. By the way, I have a video of the Mega Drive version here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktHhf7XqMaQ What they did different in the PC version is a slightly different in-game interface, a different color palette (Genesis has 64 colors max, while the DOS VGA display is 256 colors) and the sound system is better. Not only are the musics and sound effects better, but they actually added voice samples for some parts of the lyrics of the famous song "A Whole New World" from the movie. You can hear that at the beginning if you wait long enough (that's why I'm waiting to press start). By the way, I'm sorry but, unlike in the Mega Drive video, I failed the Bonus Level thanks to a stupid mistake of mine, but you will still see completely the 1st Level and the Bonus Level up to where I failed it (it's an optional level, so when you lose, you go to the next level when actually playing with no consequences).

  • nice it look good on it as well...

How come there got rid of the floppy drive of new PC then?

  • I guess it's because the floppy drive made the cost a little bit higher and a huge majority of people don't use floppy anymore. While I play some newer games, I don't forget the older ones, but sadly lots of people don,t care about games as soon as they're one generation old.

  • was this game on floppy disc or cd rom?

  • @antzy25 Floppy, it's a small game.

  • i did know this was ok pc/dos nice too bad i can't have it on new/ish pc like..

  • @antzy25 On Windows XP you can play DOS games like this using DOSBox.
