- The SS Thistlegorm, a 400-foot freighter was carrying materiel to British troops when she was sunk by German bombers in 1941. As a ghostly wreck, she starred in Cousteaus award-winning 1955 film The Silent World. Today she is the destination for recreational divers who flock daily to swim through her coral-encrusted corridors.
- Le SS Thistlegorm, un cargo de 120 m de long, transportait du matériel pour l'armée britannique quand il a sombré sous les attaques des bombardiers allemands en 1941. Son épave fantômatique figurait dans le film primé de Cousteau, "Le Monde du silence", en 1955. Aujourd'hui, elle est devenue la destination de plongeurs amateurs qui affluent chaque jour pour parcourir ses couloirs incrustés de coraux.
