what the hell did you shoot it in the head for?

Hey, I have an Excalibur. I want to go turkey hunting this spring, I've never tried it before. I've heard a lot about the guillotine, I'm trying to decide what kind of broadhead to use. How did you modify your stirrup?
Nice shot by the way!

Dude, the turkey got whacked in the head. You can't ask for a more humane kill. I bet your Thanksgiving turkey from the supermarket died a more painful death.
Dang, yo!

jackottaylor SHUT THE FUCK UP im tired of anti hunters watching hunting video's (which makes no since) and honestly its not going to change a hunters mind they obvously love to hunt or they wouldent put the effort to put a video of them hunting online. go watch video's you like and dont bother hunters it just makes you look stupid to EVERY hunter that looks at your comment

nice shot!
We recommend you get two pieces of aluminum or steel plate, drill two holes in each, get additional bolts/nuts/washer/lock washers...all easily obtained at your local Home Depot store...unbolt the foot stirrup and bolt up the plates...now bolt up the foot stirrup to the holes in the plates..this effectively drops the foot stirrup down to provide clearance for the 100 grain Guillotine....you're ready to go hunt and still use the foot stirrup as it was inteded to be used.

That was an Excalibur of which we modified the foot stirrup to gain the needed clearnance for the 100 grain Guillotine.....I don't suggest the 125 grain off a crossbow...just the 100 grain..its big enough and as you see...will do the job! The larger guillotine is for compounds/traditional....100 grain for crossbows....
