@ASkateCraze some of the potions are saradomin brews, which heal a lot of life but drop stats

Can i ask something...why when people r killing high levels they dont use food just potions??? i mean surely they will hit something so u shud need food...i dont get it!

Guides say zammy is the hardest, due to the fact that he hits through prayer and poisons.
It only seems easy because he has low defence..
