dont remember how old i was... probably round 6 or 7... my mom called the radio station an had em play for me for my birthday... i remember i was surprised when i heard my name... this is a great oldie...

Played this for my classes at San Diego City College this term. One student just blurted out, "My Moma used to sing that to me all the time!" Thank you for the post...it is a joy to hear.

Daddy used to play this all the time, he passed going on a year ago now, and i came across this, brought back a lot of memories. Thank you for posting this song. :)
