A lot of ppl have said "Good Times" was a negative depiction of blacks. Which I often disagree. Good Times was the most realist, accurate, tv sitcome of my generation...in regards to African American life and style.
This show dealt with real issues...none of the crap you see going on now. Precious= Stereotypes w/ a Disney endings. The Princess and a frog=IR dating Propaganda.
The Evans had real problems- dealt with them like real ppl. We need realism-not fantasy/ gimmicks.
