Howdy folks, in this video I explain penetrating sealers and caulking's. I also give my opinion as to a pest report. My son Jason went to this property y the day before and pressure washed all the moss and old caulking that was pealing up from the edges and allowing the water to penetrate it. We came back the following day and re-caulked it and also applied a sealer while we were there over the bricks and tile landing. The top landing was not the area in question but mainly the steps.
Thanks for watching and have a groovy day.

How to waterproof and seal bricks and mortar.
@jrxjjeep Hey guy, the bonding agent won’t work if the wall has dust, dirt, or mold on it. That's why I suggested power washing. If you apply a bonding agent over a weak wall the stucco will adhere to the bonding agent but the soft wall beneath can possible come off.
Best wishes.

@jrxjjeep Hey guy, it doesn’t matter if it's limestone, brick, cinderblock, concrete, stucco, etc. If your basement allows, pressure wash it with minimum 3000 lb. force these are usually gas powered. You can rent one for about 60 bucks a day. Then apply a bonding agent and use whatever material you want to skim. The key is the surface preparation. I will send you a link to one we did very similar probably in worse condition. oppps, it wont allow the link
Best wishes,
