Did the entire arm fall off the vehicle? in this case, there would be a short (1" or less) "knob" sticking out. If you still have the arm, it could just clip back on there.
If you still have the arm, which is 12-18 inches long, but you lost the wiper assembly on the end of the arm, you can buy a quality Trico wiper here and have it shipped to your house just go to synthetic oil hq .com and look under "products" for the wiper section.
