and who knows what this guy has on it for programs, such a test is usually done with a fresh boot. I think I rebooted my MacBook (white) last month, so is booting an option? I reboot my Win XP almost daily when I arrive at work to knock the cobwebs out of it.

yeah but clearly u r not thinkin about that this is a macbook air and that it's incredibly thin (wich i can say actually is very unecessary)
