The lip sync is the only bit which is a little sketchy - the movement seems dulled, as if she's not quite recovered from a heavy session at the dentist yet. Needs a bit more weight.
the rigs are spot on though, and the sausage man is cool as hell. :)

very nice use of program scripting and modeling. its as fun to see how you did it as what it looks like rendered. live 3d is certainly the future, that's my direction at least. great work.
