A journalist in house arrest, eight journalists picked up from the street and kept captive for hours or days, tens of reporters being beaten, harassed, threatened, almost 30 journalists being expelled or being denied the access into the Republic of Moldova, fabricated credentials and visas. All that in order to keep the Romanian language media as far as possible from Chisinau. They are the media victims, after a nightmarish week in Chisinau, the capital of a state neighboring the European Union. In addition, the joint request for political asylum of the print, online and TV journalists belonging to the most fiercely affected editorial staff. Blocked internet, jammed phone conversations, propaganda on the public television. The information blocking efforts meant to hide three dead youngsters, hundreds, almost one thousand of young people arrested and beaten in the Police basements, a president and prime-minister threatening the protesting young people with bursts of gunfire and ordered the sequestration of the pupils and students. Oamenii cu deficienţe psihice au fost îndemnaţi să voteze cu Partidul Comuniştilor la alegerile din 5 aprilie 2009. Cel puţin aşa reiese dintr-un filmuleţ video plasat pe internet şi descoperit de un reporter UNIMEDIA, unde una dintre persoanele internate recunoaşte că o doamnă din administraţia spitalului i-a îndemnat să voteze cu partidul condus de Vladimir Voronin.
Aceştia declară că în consecinţă primesc multă mâncare bună.
