With that much of a difference in length she should either see about a built-up shoe or use a crutch before she starts having real structural problems.

Yes indeed. We are talking here about a length diffrerence of approx 10 cm. I have never seen a lady with with such a huge difference only tiptoeing in normal heel (!!!) sandals before.
