  • These are great movements, if you dont have knee or ankle problems.

    Believe me, when your knees and feet no longer wanna play ball,

    there's nothing you can do about it.

  • This is a great exercise for fat loss however most overweight people can't squat so maybe a better idea would be making it a bit easier with more reps

  • you can substitute any pulling exercise for the pull-ups. DB 1 arms rows, BB rows, band rows..etc. Thanks for watching my video!

  • @andrewvo Check out the "Iron Gym" pull up bars which are used in your door frame. They workexcellent and can be purchased for under $30 at Walmart. These are THE best door frame pull up bars I have ever seen. They absolutely will not harm your door frame and will work for anyone under 250lbs. Absolutely affordable and a must have.
