I live in Creekside Estates in Lockport and I can honestly say that Beechen & Dill really delivers an extremely high quality home at a price that cannot be matched. It was a pleasure to work with them when building. They pay such close attention to every detail that all the regular concerns when building are just eliminated. It is nice to see Beechen & Dill setting the standard in an area that is rapidly growing and improving.

I live in this community and these homes are anything but cheap! They are gorgeous and I get compliments all the time.

This is a lot of home for the money from what I've seen around Chicagoland.

Big and CHEAP... No crown molding anywhere in this house! It doesn't show the outside, but I bet its one of those cheap looking, all siding ,houses that you see, in all these cookie cutter subdivisions popping up everywhere...

It's pretty obvious that you didn't even watch the video. Crown moldings make no sense with the tray ceilings and super-high ceilings in some of the rooms - and there are crown moldings in other rooms. The home is beautifully detailed as you can see from the videos.
The exterior is brick. You could have gone to the builder's Web site and easily seen that.
Where does your hate come from, and what purpose does it serve?
