Zach saves Reese's life. He shoots Josh.

Zach tells Erica that Kendall is dying, her only chance of surviving is a new heart.

Angie tells Erica that Josh is brain dead, David tells her that he can perform on the surgery that allows Kendall to have Josh's heart, it's her only chance.

Erica tells them to run the tests, she'll sign whatever they need her to sign.

Okay I really like Zach but saying "keep him alive. I need his heart" in front of Josh's MOTHER and SISTER is downright cruel. If my in-law shot my brother and said that crap, they would be lucky to be alive!

You know, I hate it when the writers pull cheap stunts like this. Josh should not have been killed!

I know they could have found a better way to save Kendall's life. Why isn't erica or bianca even mad at Zack for shooting him? His own Mother and sister......

There is no way that Zach wouldn't face charges or at least an investigation following this. A really good case could be made to prove that he shot Josh for the purpose of getting Kendall a new heart. For goodness sake it was practically the first thing he said. I can't believe how much this whole Reese / Zach / Bianca storyline made me hate him, and watching it again I still feel the same way.
